What a terrific use of the Organizational Zoo metaphor techniques.  It is wonderful to see the interactions created some real &quot;ah ha&quot;moments for the participants and they realised some key points that need action.  I also find the ability to have &quot;Conversations that matter&quot; around behaviours stimulate such insights and bring the teams to a closer share perspective.  Looking forward to hearing more reflections on how you progress with these.
